Christopher McDougall (Born To Run author) on TED - 15 minute version

Here's the 15-minute version of the Born to Run argument, presented by author Chris McDougall at the TED Conference in August, 2010.

BTW, if you are ever looking for inspiration, go check out TED. Lots of fascinating people and ideas. I always seem to come back from that site with a sense of possibilities.

  5. Thank you very much! What an inspiring talk! Specially for the female runners of the world. I'm a TED Translator and I've asked this one to tun it into Spanish.

  6. My husband has TED on his ipad and had me watch this within the last week. I really enjoyed it. Fun to see it mentioned here about the same time I was watching it! I'm in a running rut, but with temps above 0 again now in MN (in the 40s today---heat wave!) I'm looking forward to busting out of it. Between this TED segment and anxiously awaiting Kristin Armstrong's new book, I have lots of motivating resources.

  7. It's a pity there had to be so much swearing.
