Here's the latest update from Bernie:

"Hey Scott,

Tried to submit a comment on the blog and couldn't get signed up. It wouldn't accept my password.

Anyway, I separated my clavicle last night on a X-training ride/crash. The bone sticks up from under my skin about an inch as I type this. It's too painful to run right now and I may be out for a while. I guess I'll finally be taking some time off.
They haven't yet determined from the x-rays if I'll need surgery or not. I'm going home right now to dust off the stationary bike and weigh the possibilities of getting in some miles, but it's not looking good.

I'll be in touch.

B"

YIKES!!!! Best wishes for a speedy recovery, Bernie.

SDScott Dunlaphttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16096284778835123584noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8860166.post-1120845006886679192005-07-08T10:50:00.000-07:002005-07-08T10:50:00.000-07:00So, is trial running the x-training for snoewshoei...So, is trial running the x-training for snoewshoeing, or vice versa?
